The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Dr. Roger Kaneshiro's son, Dr. Paul Kaneshiro, followed in his father's footsteps to become an orthodontist and returned to Guam to continue the family’s commitment to the community. After completing undergrad at the University of Hawaii, Paul went on to complete his dental training at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, earning a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery. He then completed his orthodontic training at the Georgia School of Orthodontics, during which he provided comprehensive oral care to patients as young as one-years old.

Paul’s training with modern treatment modalities, Invisalign® research, and experience working in several dental clinics across Atlanta, Georgia adds a new dimension to our office. Paul provides expertise with clear aligners, temporary anchorage devices, and 3D radiographic diagnostics. Additionally, he is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, and American Dental Association.

In addition to helping others, Paul enjoys teaching, bowling and photography. Paul’s artistic eye for photography allows him to produce high quality transformation photos for all his patients to see throughout orthodontic treatment. Utilizing his wide range of experience, Paul is ready to work with his patients to create a plan and achieve the smile of their dreams because “A dream without a plan is a wish.”
